Cancellation & Return Policy
According to our cancellation policy, if the order has been placed and an order confirmation email has been received, you can request cancellation until 12 pm GMT the next day (your dispatch day) to before you are charged for shipping fees (if paid). In case we receive your cancellation request after 12 pm GMT on the dispatch day, your order will be processed and the parcel will enter the delivery network. It might be too late to retrieve the parcel and cancel the order. In this case, the cost of shipping will be charged to you (if paid).
Cancellations that are not due to a defect or order discrepancy are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and then follows the Returns Procedure outlined below in the return section.
ReturnAfter receiving the products, you must contact us within 14 days in writing via the contact us form on our website or by sending us an email at [email protected], following which, the products must be returned to us within 14 days of you telling us that you have changed your mind. The products must be ‘new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to take reasonable care of the products until their return to us. If the goods have been used in a way or extent, exceeding what a customer would similarly examine the goods in a retail shop before purchase, we will consider that you have not taken reasonable care and will be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any such reduction in value due to your use. Any refund from our side will be made within 14 days of receipt of the Customer’s returned products.
In case the products have already been sent to you (or on your behalf to any other person), you (or the other person) must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and the price of the products will be credited to your credit or debit card within 14 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. In case of any refund, the amount will be only refunded back to the same credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase. The returned product will be examined by us and we will notify you and process your refund within a reasonable period and, in any case, within 14 days of the day, we confirm to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. In case of any defect in the products received by you, the amount will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges as well as the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
On the other hand, if the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction (where we are not at fault), you are entitled to a partial refund (full refund of the goods less any postage costs), unless the order is cancelled before Dispatch as outlined above in "Cancellation", in which case a full refund will be given. However, the cost of returning the item to us will be bear by the customer in this case. Products must be returned to us before the partial refund can be issued.
In cases, products returned to us by courier due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or there is a failure to collect the parcel, we will issue a refund for the cost of products only. In these cases, unfortunately, we will not pay any costs incurred for re-shipping an order. Any costs for re-shipping will have to be bear by the customer.
